Verified Reviewer |Good evening, I have been coming to...

Good evening, I have been coming to Glory Days in Tallahassee, Florida, for over 5 years. The service has never been this bad.
Especially, the bartender Carley is rude, and she takes breaks for long periods of time, leaving us alone without drinks for 15-20 minutes. Smoking vapes, weed, and drinking outside as well.
The server didnt care about me as a customer very poor customer service
The reviewer tried to contact the company before posting this review.
- - The server used a cell phone during service and did not wash hands before delivering food.
- - The manager told her to go outside to use the phone.
When I walked in and sat down, the server was on her cell phone. I told her I was not ready to order.
She then went back to the table she was sitting at and got back on her cell phone. She came and took my order. She did wash her hands after being on her cell phone and brought my food without washing her hands.
The manager came out before my food was done and brought it to my table. He told her to go outside if she wanted to use her phone.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Be better trained as a server to care about the customer instead of being on her cell phone
App and password reset don’t work
The reviewer tried to contact the company before posting this review.
Frustrated. Can't log in to my account or change my password. I don't want to spend an hour solving a problem just to go out to eat.
- No help
Preferred solution: Human help changing my password or logging in to victory club membership.
As a customer and former employee
- - Discrimination firing; district manager; no warnings.
- - Inconsistent claims and responses.
- - Manager lacks experience; is a cook.
- - Promised 40 hours, only 6.
What's is ranked about and how they respond are completely different. I was let go as a result of discrimination , no verbal or written warnings .
With a district manager present . That's unlawful . They hired me in one depr and was told I was doing multiple after a employee notified .e manager has no experience in managing he's a cook .
They cha get policy's to benefit themselves and hire to just fire after an eve t like superpower or 4th of July pro.ising you 40 hours then deliver 6 hrs a week . .no teamwork what's so ever .
User's recommendation: Each location is ran different . It's a bar trying to pass as a restaurant. Fails terribly

Verified Reviewer |Poor service & menu changes
- - Daily specials drew the 55-70 group and they are removed.
- - The military discount changed and Lecanto service is cut back with items out.
This was my letter to Glory Days. My wife and I, along with 4 other couples, began to frequent Glory Days because of the daily specials on the menu.
Now, without any notice, that has been taken away. We are a group of 55-70 years of age, and the specials are what bring us in. Also, the military discount has now changed. On the service, I can only speak to the Lecanto location; it has been cut back as well as being out of items.
Please let me remind you that customers are what brought your grill to the place where it once was. Now, I would like to remind you of one of your competitors who has slipped tremendously. Covid brought Cracker Barrel to begin catering, forgetting where they had come from and allowing the dine-in customer to be forgotten. Then, moving to mostly prepared meals (no cooks), again forgetting where they came from.
Then the new CEO and now the net worth. They have lost ground.
How can Glory Days prevent this from becoming their path?

- Are clean and conveanute
- Menue changes
- Higher prices
- Out of many items

Verified Reviewer |Horrible treatment by Ty the manager. We have gone to Glen Burnie restaurant for over 15 years. He was nasty and un.
- - Ty, a tall Black manager, was unprofessional.
- - Nachos had no toppings in the middle and no cheese.
- - We have 15+ years here and won't return.
Ty manager was nasty and unprofessional. He is tall black man.
We have went to gb location in Md for over 15 years once a week. Nachos were given in tall metal container. When we got to middle there was no toppings at all. We showed Ty and he said well you ate half.
There was over 20 chips left with nothing on them. I said the top was fine but middle had nothing on chips he was nasty. I even paid for more cheese to combat the situation. Our friends were sitting behind us and said they didnt like nachos either.
Ty offered nothing and begrudgingly took plate away. He didnt say do you want to order something different. He did take nachos off but no cheese. We love the Mexican manager and black lady manager.
They are amazing. Wont be going back. Longhorn is opening next week and is next door. We used to love going there.
The waitresses all know us and bartenders.
We take our grandchildren with us. It is so sad this awful manager is tearing your reputation apart as a non caring and nasty manager.

- - Points disappeared and the store helped over the phone to find them in my account.

Screw ups all the time

- - Online order started; I was told it couldn't be delayed.
- - The wife's burger arrived cold; fries were missing and my wife got diarrhea.
Made an order via Internet. Had to call store location to have the order delayed.
I was told that they already started making it within just a couple minutes that it could not be delayed. I had to speak with the manager. The manager said fine.
I pick up the food check the food and my wifes burger is cold. I bring it back inside.
The manager supposedly fixes the order. I checked the temperature of the food. It seemed okay at that time. I left, then I got home then I find out that my wifes fries that I paid for were not in the order.
Then later on in the middle of the morning, my wife got sick with diarrhea. Ive been coming here often and on for many many years through many managers and through many staff. The last visit was actually OK but now were back to making mistake mistakes again.
This has been constant for many many many years and it needs to stop. Im gonna send a letter to your owners.
User's recommendation: Go to the glory days in Manassas, Virginia, because the one in Centreville constantly screw things up

Nobody could get them to leave until I confronted them about their drunkenness.
Theres kids that had to witness the *** Ill never go back. Bathrooms stink to high heaven as well.
Preferred solution: Nothing. I’ll never return to the Herndon location. North Point Reston location is spotless. Herndon location bathroom will make a person barf. Always very unsanitary and nasty.

Verified Reviewer |Menu change unsatisfied
I am Not happy that you have removed the shrimp and fish tacos from the menu. Please bring them back to be offered any day of the week rather than just taco Tuesday
- Nice environment
Preferred solution: Bring back menu item
User's recommendation: Not a bad sports bar and restaurant generally
Horrible customer service
- - No greeting for 5+ minutes at Glory Days, New Tampa.
- - A customer told us to seat ourselves; we waited 10+ minutes.
Yesterday my family and I went to Glory Days at lunchtime (Bruce B Downs New Tampa). We stood at the host station for over 5 minutes without ever being approached by an employee.
A customer came over and told us we should seat ourselves like his group had to do. So we did. We sat at the table for over 10 minutes without anyone approaching us. My dil got up, found a server, told her we hadn't been waited on and she said "that's what you get for seating yourself.
We never seat anyone at that table.
" we all got up and left and will never go back. The server was a young blonde girl with her hair in a ponytail.
- Terrible customer service
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Beware

A bunch of old coots past their expiration date, only buying daily specials on a military discount no less, are not the demographic this place wants or needs.
